    Too expensive for the quality offered. I may visit again but for items that are more reasonably priced to see if the experience is differentPluses:+Service was great and they were most welcoming+The atmosphere was lovely too.Shortcomings:+The food was good but not great (soup felt watered down and meat flavors were not bold but not sure why)+Way overpriced (the pictured items plus one tea cost me $ with tips included, which is high end of what I’ve paid for KP, in a long time in different states/countries!)

    I love their food, but this was our first time ordering two catering trays. Walked in asking for a same day order -- family order of koobideh and a family order of chicken. The order was ready for pick up within an hour. The food was delicious and my family enjoyed it so much, that there was barely any leftovers. Thank you for the comfort of your wonderful food. We will be back to visit and order catering again soon.

    We had soltani with rice and fillet mignon (barg) skewer.Well cooked, taste was good.Prices appear a bit high.Service was fine.Overall acceptable average restaurant.

    We have been to Yas restaurant several times and as always everything was great.The quality and quantity of the food is very good. The service is excellent and the food is served quickly.I suggest you to definitely try Kobideh .Yas restaurant is always our choice among Iranian restaurants.Thank you for the excellent management of the restaurant.
